In our trainings, we open up the background of restorative approaches and mediation, and consider disruptive and conflict situations from the perspective of the possibility of learning. During the training we will model the process of restorative mediation and practice mediation in everyday conflict situations and the role of the mediator using demonstrations. We will support the tailoring of mediation activities to your community. We provide training both on-site and remotely, according to your needs.
We are also happy to participate in infos, workshops, seminars, theme days, etc. where the theme is community and individual well-being and conflict management. We have also developed and trained mediation for dormitories, after-school clubs, carers, sports clubs, etc.
STEA's grant covers most of the cost of the training - the beneficiary pays only the excess. Smaller units can order tailor-made joint training. Due to the increasing demand for training, please book your community's training well in advance!
